TEXAS SHEET CAKE

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 cup water
4 Tbls cocoa
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp soda

In a bowl put first three ingredients.
In a small pot put water, margarine and cocoa,
bring to a boil.
Take off heat and add to dry ingredients.
Immediatly add sour cream, eggs and soda...... Mix well.
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam... add the micture.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 mins

When cool, add a frosting.
I just use the frosting from the can.

This goes a long way and is so moist
