Barbecue Flavoured Pork Chops
3 Tbls Chili sauce 3 Tbls brown sugar ( packed ) next time I think I'd use 2 3 Tbls white vinegar 6 Tbls water 2 Tbls dry mustard 6 Pork Chops Arrange pork chops in single layer, in a 9 x 13 ungreased pan Combine the other ingredients in a small bowl, and spoon over pork chops. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. remove cover and bake for 15 mins longer. I would probably only bake it for 45 mins next time, and bake uncovered for about 5 mins. I served this with rice, Brocolli and cauliflower... it went over well :)

Measure 1/2 cup ground mixture, mix into cream cheese.
Shape into ball, and wrap in plastic wrap for 3 to 4 hours.
