1 slightly beaten egg<br />

1/3 cup melred margarine or butter<br />

1 teaspoon baking powder<br />

1 tsp baking soda<br />

1/2 teaspoon salt<br />

1 1.2 cups dlour<br />
<br />
Mix the mashed banana, sugar, egg and margarine together, and then set aside.<br />
In a separare bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.<br />
Mix wet and dty ingredients together. Pour into greased muffin tins, and bake in<br />
a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.<br />

Whisk in the chocolate and the crushed peppermint candies until melted and smooth. Pour hot cocoa into four mugs, and garnish with whipped cream. Serve each with a candy cane stirring stick.</div>

2 ounces butter<br />
1 Tablespoon cocoa sieved<br />

Filling.....<br />
8 oz cream cheese<br />
half pint whipping cream<br />
1 tsp vanilla<br />
half cup icing sugar<br />
<br />
Topping.....<br />
3 After 8's<br />
1 tablespoon hot water<br />
<br />
For base, crush biscuits and add cocoa, then butter<br />
Mix and spread in dish and chill<br />
filling..... whip cream, add cream cheese and sugar.. mix in vanilla<br />
spread on top of base and leave to set<br />
Melt after 8 in water and stir... drizzle over cake, and leave to cool<br />

Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. remove cover and bake for 15 mins longer. I would probably only bake it for 45 mins next time, and bake uncovered for about 5 mins.
